- 1 x Egg, sl. beaten
- 2 Tbsp. Minced parsley
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Fresh grnd black pepper
- 1/4 tsp Grnd cumin
- 1/2 tsp Grnd tumeric
- 1/4 tsp Dry basil
- 1/4 tsp Dry marjoram
- 1 Tbsp. Tahini -)Or possibly(-
- Â Â Extra virgin olive oil
- Â Â Cayenne pepper to taste
- Â Â Vegetable oil for deep fry
- Â Â Flour for coating
- 5 whl wheat pita, halved
