Ingredients

  • 1 can hearts of artichoke (#300 can), drain & mash
  • 1 c. Progresso Bread Crumbs
  • 2 raw large eggs
  • 2 T Italian cheese (Parmesan or possibly Romano)
  • 3 T extra virgin olive oil
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic, minced fine
