Arthur Style Fish Recipe


  • 3 lb Fish Fillets, Hard, White
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 1 c. Lowfat milk, or possibly more as needed
  • 2 c. Flour
  • 3 c. Pancake mix
  • 2 c. Club Soda (approx.)
  • 1 tsp Basil
  • 1 tsp Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic salt
  •     Veg. oil


Cut Fish Fillets In Half, Making Triangular Shape. Cover With Lowfat Milk And Lemon Juice And Chill 3-4 Hrs. Drain Off Lowfat Milk. Dip Fillets In Flour To Coat Each Piece Lightly.…
