  • 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 4 lg. large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 c. stale bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon each: oregano, Tabasco and pepper
