- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 4 lg. large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1/4 c. stale bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon each: oregano, Tabasco and pepper
