  • 2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 x garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1/2 bn broccoli cut into florets, (about 4 c.)
  • 1 1/3 c. ricotta cheese
  •     whole-lowfat milk or possibly part skim
  • 3 ounce Italian or possibly Wisconsin Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
  •     (about 1/2 c.)
  •     Salt and freshly grnd black pepper, to taste
  • 2 x tomatoes
  •     cut into 8 wedges each
  • 1 c. grated Parmesan or possibly Asiago cheese
