Ingredients

  • 3 x Cloves garlic, halved
  • 1 lrg Fresh warm green chili, seeded
  • 1 x 1-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and coarsely minced (optional)
  • 1 1/2 c. Finely minced onions
  • 1 lb Potatoes, peeled and cut into 2 inch pcs
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Grnd coriander
  • 1 tsp Chili pwdr
  • 1 tsp Grnd cumin
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 4 med Tomatoes, quartered
  • 1 pch Thyme
  • 1 tsp Garam masala
  • 1/4 c. Finely minced fresh coriander
