  • 1 tsp grnd ginger
  • 1 Tbsp. baking pwdr
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 4 Tbsp. butter cut into small
  •     pcs
  • 1/4 c. granulated sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped crystallized ginger
  • 1/2 c. diced glaceed apricots halved, or possibly dry
  •     apricots, cut into eight pcs each
  • 1 c. buttermilk
  • 2 Tbsp. buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
