- 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme leaves or possibly herb of choice

- 11 ounce (1 can) mandarin orange Sections optional juice
- 1/2 lrg bell Pepper sliced lengthwise
- 1/4 tsp chopped ginger or possibly grnd
- 3 Tbsp. Cornstarch mixed with
- 1/4 c. Cool water for thickening
- 1/4 c. plain lowfat yogurt optional
