- 1 tsp minced fresh cilantro
- 1 tsp minced fresh parsley
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp Tobasco sauce
- 1 Tbsp. lime juice
- 1 c. fresh tomatoes in 1/4" dice
- 1/2 c. seeded cucumber in 1/4" dice
- 1/4 c. celery finely minced
- 1/4 c. green onions in 1/4" slices
- 1/4 c. bell pepper in 1/4" dice
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 1 c. cooked peeled deveined shrimp - (100/200 count)
