6 oz Crouton (crushed) or Bread Crumbs

1/2 t Black Pepper

1/2 t Cayenne Pepper

1 t Chili Powder

1 t Thyme

1/2 Onion, chopped

1 Carrot, shredded

3 t Garlic, minced

1/2 Bell Pepper, chopped

18 oz Ground Chuck

18 oz Ground Sirloin

1 1/2 t Salt

1 Egg

For the glaze:

1/2 C Catsup

1 t Cumin

Dash Worcestershire sauce

Dash Tobasco sauce

1 T Honey

1/2 The Meat In This Recipe Made 1 Full Loaf Pan. 6 Points For A 1/8-loaf Slice.
