- 1 clove garlic
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/2-3/4 c. minced tomatoes
- Squeeze of lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Description
Mix All Ingredients And Let Stand, Covered In Refrigerator. Dark Avocados Seem Less Bitter Than The Smooth Green Ones. Lemon Juice Is Added To Stop The Avocado From Browning.
