  • 1 tsp cornstarch dissolved in
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 20 x wonton wrappers
  • 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 6 x bay scallops
  • 6 slc Classic Char Siu
  • 1/4 c. cleaned squid in 1/2" rounds
  • 1/4 c. diced onion
  • 1/4 c. diced red bell pepper
