  • 1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine
  • 1 x Onion minced
  • 1 x Celery stalk minced
  • 1 c. Chicken broth
  • 1 c. Whipping cream
  • 3 whl Allspice
  • 2 Tbsp. Sherry
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Freshly-grnd black pepper
