- 24 x Kaiser rolls split
- 3 Tbsp. good-quality chili pwdr
- 3 Tbsp. paprika
- 2 tsp dry mustard
- 2 tsp garlic pwdr
- 2 tsp onion pwdr
- 1 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp crushed dry thyme
- 1 tsp grnd cumin
- Â Â Salt (optional), to taste
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 lrg sweet onions - (8 ounce ea) finely minced
- 2 x jalapeno chiles seeded, chopped
- 2 lrg garlic cloves finely chopped
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 c. ketchup
- 2 c. bottled chile sauce
- 1/2 c. molasses
- 1/2 c. white wine vinegar
- 1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 lrg bay leaves broken in half
- Â Â Salt (optional), to taste
- 4 c. white wine vinegar
- 1Â 1/2 c. ketchup
- Â Â Spoonable sugar substitute to
- Â Â equal 2/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- Â Â Salt (optional), to taste
