- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 1 sm. onion, chopped
- 1/2 sm. green pepper, chopped
- 2 stalks celery, chopped
- 1/2 can water chestnuts, minced
- 1 heaping teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 1/2 c. grnd, cooked ham
- 1 egg, beaten with 1 tbsp. cool water
- 1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. veg. oil
