- 1/2 c. Canned pumpkin, or possibly diced banana squash, cooked, pureed
- 1/2 c. Unsweetened applesauce
- 1/4 c. Carrot water, the water from that you cooked the carrots
- 1Â 1/2 c. Whole wheat flour
- 1Â 1/2 c. Bread flour
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. Butter, or possibly margarine
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/4 tsp Allspice, grnd
- 2 tsp Red Star yeast
