- 2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast halves 1-1/2 pcs
- 1/4 c. butter unsalted
- 1/4 c. vegetable shortening solid
- 4 c. fresh bread crumbs
- 2/3 c. sesame seeds

- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. mustard (ball-park style)
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. horseradish prepared
