- 2 tsp sugar
- 1Â 1/2 tsp chinese chili sauce
- 1/4 c. chopped scallions
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh ginger
- 1 lrg clv garlic, chopped
- 1 c. bean sprouts
- 1 c. thinly sliced button or possibly shiitake mushrooms, or possibly separated enoki
- 1 x large red bell pepper, cut into thin julienne
- 2 Tbsp. chopped chives
