- 3 x 2-inch cinnamon sticks
- 10 x To 15 peppercorns
- 8 x Cloves
- 3Â 1/2 quart Water
- 1 c. Chick-peas soaked
- 4 x Strips orange rind
- 1/2 tsp Saffron
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 x cc Fresh ginger, sliced
- 6 sprg parsley
- 10 x To 15 sprigs cilantro
- 1/2 lb Carrots, scraped, cut in chunks
- 1Â 1/2 x Pumpkin, peeled, cut in chunks
- 2 x Sweet red peppers, seeded, quartered
