Artichoke Frittata Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3 (6 ounce) jars marinated artichokes, liquid removed, finely minced
  • 1/2 pound sharp cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 med. onion, finely minced
  • 4 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 6 single soda crackers, finely crushed
  • Dash of Tabasco
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Description
