- 2 tbsp. butter
- 3 tbsp. flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 pound American cheese, cubed
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 teaspoon onion pwdr
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
