Chicken With Honey And Pine Kernels Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 4 x Chicken breast fillets with the skin on
  • 300 ml Lowfat milk, (1/2 pint)
  • 150 ml Chicken stock, (1/4 pint)
  • 3 x Threads of saffron or possibly 1/4 tsp. grnd turmeric
  • 2 Tbsp. Freshly minced parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. Freshly minced sage
  • 1 Tbsp. Freshly minced thyme
  • 2 tsp Clear honey
  •     Salt and freshly grnd black pepper
  • 2 tsp Cornflour, blended in a little cool water
  • 25 gm Pine kernels, lightly toasted (1oz)
