  • 1 env taco seasoning mix
  • 3 x Ripe avocados, mashed
  • 1/3 c. Lowfat sour cream
  • 2 Tbsp. Fresh lemon juice
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 can (4 ounce) minced green chiles, liquid removed
  • 4 x Green onions with tops, minced
  • 1/2 lb Grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 lb Grated Monterey jack cheese
  • 12 x Pitted ripe olives, sliced
  • 1 lrg Tomato, diced
  •     Fresh parsley or possibly cilantro leaves, for garnish
  •     A bag of tortilla chips, for accompaniment
