Asparagus Casserole Recipe


  • 1 can (17-ounce) English peas
  • 1 can (15-ounce) asparagus
  • 2 x Hard boiled Large eggs, minced
  • 1 can (10.75-ounce) cream of mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. Shredded velveete cheese
  •     Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 jar (4-ounce) pimiento
  • 1 can (3-ounce) fried onion rings
