- 2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- 2 whl Chili pepper pods
- Â Â (or possibly 1/2 tspn crushed chili peppers)
- 2 x Garlic cloves peeled, crushed
- 1 Tbsp. Grated ginger
- 8 whl Quail breast bone removed,
- Â Â preferred
- 2 c. Mesclun salad mix
- Â Â (or possibly use your own mix of tender salad greens)
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3 Tbsp. Rice wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1/2 c. Fragrant extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x Papaya pitted, peeled,
- Â Â and sliced
- 1 x Mango peeled, pitted,
- Â Â and sliced
- 1/2 c. Shelled pumpkin seeds toasted, salted
