  • 8 ounce fresh or possibly frzn salmon, sole, flounder, cod, or possibly orange roughy fillets, 1/2-to 3/4-inch thick

  • 1 dsh dry thyme or possibly marjoram, crushed
  • 1 Tbsp. cool water
  • 1/2 tsp cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp. bottled reduced-calorie buttermilk ranch salad dressing
