- 2 Tbsp. Freshly-grated gingerroot
- 2 tsp Dijon-style mustard
- 1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
- Â Â Cayenne to taste
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- Â Â Vegetable oil
- 1/2 c. Bottled mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. Wasabi pwdr mixed with water
- Â Â to make a paste
- 1 Tbsp. Fresh lime juice
- 1 x Seedless cucumber peeled, halved,
- Â Â and very thinly sliced
- 1 sm Red onion very thinly sliced
