- 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Grnd cinnamon
- 3/4 c. Grnd almonds, see directions
- 2 lrg Large eggs
- 2Â 1/2 c. 1% low-fat lowfat milk
- 2 tsp Almond extract
- 2 Tbsp. Canola oil
- Â Â Oil, for cooking
- Â Â Maple syrup, for serving
