A Better Banana Bread!

Ingredients

    Dry ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat flour

    3/4 cup rolled oats (I prefer regular, not quick)

    3/4 cup white flour

    1/4 cup wheat germ

    1 tsp baking powder

    1 tsp baking soda

    2 TBS ground flax seed

    1/2 tsp salt



    Wet Ingredients

    1/2 cup white Northern beans (drained and rinsed)

    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce

    3 ripe bananas

    2 TBS almond oil (you can also use olive or Canola oil instead)

    1 tsp almond extract

    2 egg substitute

    1/2 cup sugar free maple syrup
