- 1 x level tbsp plain flour
- 1Â 2/5 lt turkey or possibly chicken stock
- 142 ml carton double cream
- 2 x level tsp grainy mustard
- 1 x salt and freshly grnd black pepper ovenbaked
- Â Â oven baked pesto croutons to accompany (qv)
