- 1 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp basil
- 1 sm bay leaf
- 1 x 6-oz package flounder, cod or possibly haddock
- 1 can minced or possibly whole clams and juice
- 1 can shrimp, rinsed and liquid removed
