- 4 med Potatoes, cut into 5mm ( 1/4") thick slices
- 450 gm Each pink sea bream and red snapper, headed, scaled, gutted and cut into 4 (1lb)
- 2 x Red mullet, scaled, gutted and cut in half
- 1 x Monkfish tail, skinned and cut into 4
- 450 gm Fresh mussels, bearded and washed (1lb)
