  • 2 x Acorn squash
  • 1 x onion minced
  • 1/4 lb mushrooms minced
  • 1 Tbsp. tamari soy sauce low sodium type
  • 1/4 tsp Sage
  • 1/4 tsp Thyme
  • 1/4 tsp Marjoram
  • 3 c. cooked rice or possibly- 3 c. Whole wheat bread crumbs
