- 1 Tbsp. Grnd cumin and coriander
- 2 x Tomatoes, pureed
- 225 gm Pureed sweetcorn, (8oz)
- 225 gm Pureed onions, (8oz)
- 600 ml Lowfat milk, (1 pint)
- 600 ml Chicken or possibly vegetable stock, (1 pint)
- 225 gm Fresh corn kernels, (8oz)
- 3 lrg Potatoes, diced
- 2 x Roasted red peppers, diced
- 2 Tbsp. Salt
- 1 tsp Grnd black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 4 Tbsp. Double cream
- 1 Tbsp. Chives, snipped
- 2 Tbsp. Flat leaf parsley, minced
