  • 1 can (15-16 ounce) garbnzo beans, rinsed, liquid removed
  • 1 sm Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 sm Red bell pepper, minced
  • 1 c. Snap pea pods
  • 9 ounce Jar mango chutney
  • 3/4 c. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 tsp Curry pwdr, (to 2 teaspoon to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 4 c. Warm cooked rice
