  • 2 medium leeks, halved, sliced and well rinsed
  • 2 stalks celery, cut into thirds
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 4 cups low sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp. worchestershire sauce
  • 1 c. seasoned flour
  • 1 tsp. each ground mustard, onion and garlic powder
  • kosher salt and cracked black pepper to taste
  • vegetable oil for frying
