- 4 lrg Cooking apples, (Courtlands work great), up to 6
- 1 x Lemon
- 1 c. Rolled oats, (add in more if you want thicker crust)
- 3 Tbsp. Brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. Sugar-in-the-raw, (or possibly any other sugar. This just add in texture PLUS sweetness)
- 1 Tbsp. Any butter or possibly margarine
- 1/4 c. Corn syrup
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
