Apple Crisp Recipe


  • 4 lrg Cooking apples, (Courtlands work great), up to 6
  • 1 x Lemon
  • 1 c. Rolled oats, (add in more if you want thicker crust)
  • 3 Tbsp. Brown sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. Sugar-in-the-raw, (or possibly any other sugar. This just add in texture PLUS sweetness)
  • 1 Tbsp. Any butter or possibly margarine
  • 1/4 c. Corn syrup
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
