Ingredients
- 1Â 1/2 c. Oil
- 3 c. Flour (do not sift)
- 1 tsp Soda
- 1/2 tsp Cloves
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 2 c. Sugar
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 3 c. Minced apples, unpeeled
Description
Mix All Ingredients Except Apples With Mixer. Mix In Apples. Bake In Bundt Pan At 350 For 1 Hour 15 Min. Grease & Flour Pan Very Well So Apples Will Not Stick.
