- 1 lb chicken tenders or possibly boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 ounce snow peas (about 1 c.)
- 6 lrg Boston lettuce leaves
- 2 lrg , ripe tomatoes, cut into thin wedges
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. peanut oil
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp toasted sesame oil
- 1/4 tsp warm red pepper sauce
- 1 Tbsp. grated fresh ginger (or possibly 1 tsp. grnd ginger)
