- 1/2 c. water
- 2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
- 3 tbsp. low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp. organic ketchup
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- splash sesame oil
- sriracha sauce (red rooster sauce), to taste

- inner lettuce leaves, like butter lettuce, boston or iceberg

- shredded carrots, for garnish
