  • 1 kg apricots
  • 1 x onions, medium
  • 2 x apples, Granny Smith
  • 1 1/4 c. vinegar, malt
  • 2 tsp mixed pickling spice (in a muslin bag)
  • 1/2 c. saltanas
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar (caster)
