Ingredients
- 1 cup of flour
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 3 Tbs of vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup of water
- 2 Tbs of oil
- When it's hot toss in the diced potatoes and
- 1/2 cup of peas frozen or fresh . If using frozen, thaw them first.
- 2 tsp of ground coriander
- 1 tsp Kashmiri chili or 1/4 tsp cayenne 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp amchur (dried mango) powder
- 1 tsp of turmeric
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
