- 2 quart vegetable oil - (or possibly more) for frying
- 1/2 c. reduced-fat mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. reduced-fat lowfat sour cream
- 1/2 c. mixed minced fresh herbs
- Â Â (parsley, chives, tarragon, thyme, chervil)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
