Sherried Baked Fruit (modify) Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 can 20-ounce chunk pineapple
  • 1 can 29-ounce sliced freestone
  •     Peaches
  • 1 can 17-ounce can apricots, sliced
  • 1 can 16-ounce pitted Bing cherries
  •     Or possibly blueberries
  • 2 x 15-ounce jars spiced apple ring
  • 1/2 c. Butter (modify!)
  • 4 Tbsp. Flour
  • 1 c. Brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. Sherry

Heat Oven To 350. Drain Fruit. Arrange In Layers In A 3-quart. Baking Dish. Heat Butter. Add In Flour And Stir Till Well Blended. Add In Brown Sugar And Sherry. Cook Till Thick.…
