- 1 tsp grnd cumin
- 1 tsp tamarind paste
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/3 c. water
- 1 pch salt
- 2 lb large shrimp shelled and deveined
- Â Â Vegetables
- 4 c. shredded lettuce
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 2 c. diced celery
- 5 x scallions chopped
- 1 c. cilantro, loosely packed chopped
- Â Â Dressing
- 3 Tbsp. lime or possibly lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. oriental sesame oil
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
- 3 dsh oriental warm chili oil or possibly to taste
- Â Â salt to taste
- Â Â Nonstick cooking spray
- 3 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted for garnish
