Ingredients

3 (14-16 oz.) pkg. ready to eat chow mein noodles
2 TB oyster sauce

1 TB sesame seed oil

2 medium carrots, peeled, thinly sliced, slivers
12 oz. pkg. green beans, thinly sliced diagonally

4 stalks celery, thinly sliced, slivers
1 c. bamboo shoot strips, rinsed, drained
6 dried mushrooms, soaked, stems removed, thinly sliced

4 stalks green onion, thinly sliced diagonally
2 TB + 2 TB vegetable oil
1 lb. char siu, sliced
1/4 lb. small shrimp, peeled, deveined
Sauce:
3 TB cornstarch
2 TB sugar
2 TB soy sauce
3 c. chicken stock
garnish: cilantro leaves
