- 1Â 1/4 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/4 c. Pepper jack cheese, shredded
- 2 c. All-purpose flour
- 1 c. Mashed potatoes
- 1/2 tsp Dry thyme, ** see note
- 1/4 tsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper
- 1/4 tsp White pepper
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne (or possibly more)
- 1/4 tsp Onion pwdr
- 1/4 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Grnd cumin (or possibly more)
- 3 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1 tsp Baking soda
