- 2 and 1/2 cups of plain yogurt.
- 1/3 cup of toasted finely chopped walnuts
- 2 Tbs chopped fresh mint
- 2 Tbs olive, almond or walnut oil. I use walnut oil.
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp ground dry roasted cumin seeds.
