  • 1 1/4 c. boiling water
  • 1 lb asparagus
  •     Pan spray or possibly 1 Tbsp. canola oil
  • 2 x shallots, minced
  • 2 c. sliced mushrooms
  • 4 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp dry marjoram and basil
  • 1/2 tsp dry rosemary
  • 2 tsp baking pwdr
  • 1 c. nonfat cottage cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 c. quartered red or possibly yellow cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. grated reduced calorie cheddar cheese
