- 2 lrg Shallots, finely minced
- 175 gm Button mushrooms, sliced
- 50 gm Plain flour
- 150 ml Double cream
- 1/4 x Lemon, pips removed
- 1 kg Potatoes, cut into chunks
- 2 Tbsp. Wholegrain mustard
